Recommended Smoker/Grill: Pellet smoker, charcoal grill

 

Ingredients: 1lb. of jumbo shrimp, 2 mangos, scallions


Seasoning: Tangy jerk marinade, sweet BBQ sauce, garlic powder, and a touch of cajan seasoning.


Flavor Profile: Sweet, smoky, and slightly spicy with a caramelized crust.


Time and Temperature: Smoke or grill at 250°F (121°C) for 4-6 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes or until the shrimp has fully cooked and you get nice char marks.
